Returns — Eligibility & Conditions (Supplements)
- Unopened Products Only. Returns are accepted only for Products that are unopened, unused, and sealed, in their original packaging.
- Opened Products Not Returnable. Any Product that has been opened (including where the seal has been broken or tampered with) is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Condition of Return. Eligible returns must be received in a condition suitable for resale, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective Product, or damage in transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping Fees Non-Refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.
