This Return & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our website and governs shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and replacements for our dietary supplement products (“Products”).

Order Processing

Shipping Rates & Methods

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

2. Delivered Orders. If tracking shows an order was delivered, it will be treated as delivered unless credible evidence supports a claim of misdelivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
1. Inspection Upon Arrival. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
2. Report Window. If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within

  - Order number
  - Photos of the Product, packaging, and shipping label
  - A brief description of the issue
3. Resolution. If we confirm the issue, we may, at our discretion:
  - Send a replacement, and/or
  - Refund the purchase price (and applicable shipping, if required by law)
Returns — Eligibility & Conditions (Supplements)
1. Unopened Products Only. Returns are accepted only for Products that are unopened, unused, and sealed, in their original packaging.
2. Opened Products Not Returnable. Any Product that has been opened (including where the seal has been broken or tampered with) is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3. Condition of Return. Eligible returns must be received in a condition suitable for resale, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion.
Return Timeframe
1. Return Request Deadline. To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Authorization Required. Returns require prior authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused and returned to sender.
How to Request a Return

  - Order number
  - The Product(s) you want to return
  - Reason for return
  - Photos of the unopened, sealed Product (if requested)
2. Return Authorization. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Customer Responsibility. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective Product, or damage in transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Shipping Fees Non-Refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.
3. Risk of Loss. Customers are responsible for the Product until it is received and inspected by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
1. Inspection Required. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned Product.
2. Refund Method. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Timing. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after inspection, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
4. Partial Refunds. We may issue partial refunds for returns that do not meet the requirements in this Policy (e.g., missing components or packaging), where permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Items

  - Opened Products (including broken or missing seals)
  - Used Products
  - Products returned without authorization

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

2. Dispute Rights. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where tracking confirms delivery or where the customer did not follow this Policy.
